Suspected abduction case of a couple

On the evening of July 31, 1978, Mr.HASUIKE kaoru, a 20-year-old university student, and Ms.HASUIKE Yukiko, a 22 year-old office worker (maiden name was OKUDO), were abducted by North Korean agents near the beach in Kashiwazaki city, Niigata Prefecture.
 
Mr. and Ms. HASUIKE returned to Japan on October 15, 2002.
 
The Police have obtained arrest warrants on commonly known as Choe Sun Chol, HAN Geum Nyeon and KIM Nam Jin, on suspicion of carrying out the abduction of Mr. and Ms. HASUIKE. The Police have also placed them on the wanted list of the Interpol, and have requested the extradition of them through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to North Korea.
Niigata Prefectural Police are conducting a thorough investigation to find out the whole truth. 
We are very much eager to receive any information regarding this matter.
